Milind J. Pagare
Milind Pagare is the Vice President – Research & Development at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where he oversees strategic R&D initiatives across multiple vehicle platforms, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers and emerging mobility technologies. He plays a key role in advancing product development and innovation in both internal combustion engine and electric vehicle segments.
Prior to joining Bajaj Auto Ltd in 2021, he spent over two decades at Tata Motors, where he held senior roles including Program Manager and General Manager at the Engineering Research Center, contributing significantly to automotive engineering and technology development.
Milind Pagare holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal & Fluids Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
